Casa Carlino is a beautiful holiday home in a quiet, rural location, surrounded by rolling hills, forests, and the typical landscape of southern Tuscany. It’s the ideal place for anyone looking for a relaxing break in complete peace. With its generous indoor and outdoor spaces, the house is perfect for holidays with family or friends. Thanks to high-speed internet, it’s also a great option for remote work.

Seggiano, with its small shops, restaurants, and the sculpture park by Daniel Spoerri, is only 3 km away. Castello di Potentino, which offers wine tastings, is just a ten-minute drive. Popular destinations nearby include the hot springs of Saturnia, the provincial capital Grosseto, the picturesque town of Pitigliano - also known as the "Little Jerusalem of the Maremma" - and the Parco Naturale della Maremma with its unspoilt coastline. The iconic landscape of the Val d'Orcia is also within easy reach.

The outdoor area offers plenty of space to relax. At the back of the house, a large terrace with a comfortable seating area, pizza oven, barbecue, and dining table is ideal for enjoying meals outside. At the front, a shaded veranda with a table tennis table adds to the leisure options. The spacious, fenced pool area is perfect for families and provides additional seating.

The two-storey house has been lovingly restored. Wooden beam ceilings, exposed natural stone walls, and a striking fireplace give the rooms character. White walls brighten the interior, which is stylishly and comfortably furnished.

There is another holiday home nearby, Case Bianchi, but only the front garden is visible from there. The pool and terrace remain fully private.
