The charming town of Radda in Chianti is just a 5-minute drive away and can also be reached on foot via a scenic path through the vineyards in about 15 minutes. Surrounded by vines and olive groves, the property offers a private pool and several outdoor seating areas, perfect for spending time together in a natural setting.

Located in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, Casa Ceperano provides easy access to renowned wineries and historic castles. Well-known towns such as Siena, Florence, San Gimignano and Arezzo are all within comfortable reach for day trips. In nearby Radda, guests will find excellent restaurants, cafés and all the essentials for daily needs.

The villa is situated on a working estate (agriturismo) and offers panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. Its quiet position ensures a restful atmosphere throughout your stay.

Casa Ceperano is divided into four separate holiday apartments, each with its own kitchen, making it ideal for families or friends travelling together who value both shared experiences and personal space. The private, fenced pool is located a few hundred metres from the house and offers a peaceful spot to unwind.

Inside, guests will find a warm and welcoming interior with traditional Tuscan features, including terracotta floors, beamed ceilings and carefully selected furnishings.

Outside, the property offers several furnished terraces and outdoor seating areas, some covered, providing comfortable places to relax at any time of day.
