The villa is located between the charming towns of Radda in Chianti and Gaiole in Chianti, both offering a selection of shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The nearby Siena–Montevarchi road provides easy access to Siena, Florence and the picturesque landscapes of the Val d'Orcia, making Casale Beretuzzo a convenient base for exploring Tuscany.

Carefully rebuilt using the original stone found on-site, the house combines traditional Tuscan features with modern comforts. Terracotta floors, whitewashed beamed ceilings and soft natural light create a warm and elegant atmosphere throughout. The open terraces are ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation, while the pool, located just below the villa, offers sweeping views of the surrounding countryside.

Next to the rental cottage stands the main farmhouse – a beautifully preserved building that enhances the charm of the property. From time to time, the elderly owners may visit on weekends, always respecting guests’ privacy. They may occasionally use the pool when the pool area is unattended by guests.
