Casa Lucomeni is a charming holiday home in the Chianti region, ideal for two families or a group of friends. It consists of two separate apartments, each with its own private entrance. The traditional stone exterior contrasts beautifully with a bright, stylish and comfortable interior. Set in a peaceful hillside location, the property enjoys stunning views of the Chianti hills. The elegant infinity pool is another highlight.

Radda in Chianti, with its restaurants, small shops and supermarket, is just 15 minutes away by car. The picturesque hamlet of Volpaia can be reached in about 20 minutes. The house offers easy access to the region’s famous wineries and castles, while Siena, Florence, Arezzo and San Gimignano are all ideal for day trips.


The terraced garden features several seating areas, perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. A spacious loggia with a dining table and chairs provides a lovely setting for outdoor meals with a view.

Inside, traditional Tuscan features like wooden beam ceilings and terracotta floors are combined with tasteful furnishings, two modern kitchens and curated artworks. The atmosphere is warm, stylish and welcoming.

Please note that there is no internal staircase between the two floors. Each level is accessed independently. Television channels are available via the internet. To watch TV, guests must bring their own internet-enabled device with an HDMI output, such as a laptop.
