Casa Villa is located on the renowned Torre a Cona wine estate, nestled in the rolling hills southeast of Florence. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the property offers stunning 360-degree views of the Tuscan countryside. With generous space both indoors and outdoors, it is the perfect choice for a large family gathering or a memorable holiday with friends.

Staying on the Torre a Cona estate means wine tastings are just a short walk away. The estate’s excellent restaurant is only a 10-minute walk from the villa. In nearby San Donato in Collina, about three kilometres away, you will find a bar and a small grocery store. A wider range of shops, including supermarkets, is available in Bagno a Ripoli, around 20 minutes by car. Florence is within easy reach, and day trips to Siena, San Gimignano and the villages of the Chianti region are also easily possible.

The property consists of a terracotta-painted country house and a former barn, surrounded by a large garden with a private pool. In front of the main house, a spacious terrace with a long dining table invites guests to enjoy shared meals outdoors.

The accommodation is divided into five separate apartments. Four are located in the main house and one in the converted barn. Each apartment has its own kitchen and living area. Inside, the rustic character of the original buildings has been carefully preserved. Terracotta floors, wooden beam ceilings and open fireplaces create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The furnishings and décor reflect the estate’s history and give each apartment a homely and authentic feel.
