Case Bianchi is a beautiful holiday home in a quiet, rural setting, surrounded by lush green hills and forests . It is the perfect choice for anyone seeking peace and relaxation in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. With its generous indoor and outdoor spaces, the house is ideal for a holiday with family or friends.

Seggiano, with its small shops, restaurants and the sculpture park by artist Daniel Spoerri, is just 3 km away. A wider range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants can be found in Castel del Piano (7 km). Wine lovers can visit Castello di Potentino for tastings, just ten minutes away by car. Popular day trips include the hot springs of Saturnia, the regional capital Grosseto, the hilltop town of Pitigliano - also known as the “Little Jerusalem of the Maremma” - and the Parco Naturale della Maremma, which stretches along 25 km of unspoilt coastline. The picturesque Val d’Orcia is also within easy reach.

The stone house offers several terraces with comfortable seating and a variety of outdoor dining spaces. The pool lies behind the house on a lower level, accessed by steps, and is surrounded by lavender, making it  the perfect spot to relax. The garden also features quiet corners to sit and enjoy a book.

Inside, the two-storey villa combines Tuscan charm with modern comfort. Wooden beam ceilings, original fireplaces and exposed natural stone walls contrast with bright colours and stylish, high-quality furnishings. All bedrooms on the lower level have direct garden access via French doors.

There is another holiday home nearby, Casa Carlino,  but only the front garden is visible from there. The pool and terrace remain fully private.
