Case Sant’Anna 18 is a spacious countryside villa that offers a truly relaxing stay for a larger group of family or friends. The town of Camucia is just 7 kilometres away and offers shops, restaurants and several large supermarkets. Wine lovers will appreciate the proximity to wineries such as Baldetti and Avignonesi, both offering tastings. The beautiful hilltop town of Cortona is only 10 kilometres away and is known for its ancient city walls, the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta and the Franciscan convent Le Celle. Lake Trasimeno, Arezzo, Siena, the UNESCO-listed Val d’Orcia and the Umbrian towns of Perugia and Assisi are all wonderful options for memorable day trips.

The natural stone farmhouse features a dining terrace in front of the house shaded by mature trees, ideal for relaxed meals outdoors. Another terrace under a pergola is furnished with sofas and armchairs, and with atmospheric lighting it becomes a perfect spot to spend leisurely evenings together. The fully fenced pool offers peace of mind for those travelling with young children, and there is also a hot tub for added relaxation. A dedicated play area with a swing and slide is designed for younger children, while table tennis and table football provide entertainment for guests of all ages.

Inside, the villa has been thoughtfully restored, preserving traditional Tuscan features such as wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. Soft neutral wall colours enhance the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The spacious kitchen-diner opens directly onto the terrace, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living. For guests who value a bit more privacy, there are two separate apartments, each with a kitchen-diner, accessible via an external stone staircase on the side of the villa.
