The small town of Forcoli can be reached in just ten minutes on foot and offers a good selection of restaurants as well as a Carrefour supermarket. Less than 15 minutes by car lies the town of Peccioli, which provides a full range of amenities and has won awards for its successful blend of medieval heritage with contemporary art. Volterra, with its rich Etruscan and medieval history, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, and the coastal town of Livorno are all rewarding destinations for day trips. The Renaissance city of Florence is also only 70 kilometres away and wine lovers will  enjoy a visit to  the renowned Villa Saletta winery, just a ten-minute drive.

The holiday home is nestled in the Tuscan countryside, surrounded by ancient woodland. The unusual, elegant cream-painted building features a striking steeply sloping roof and almost Gothic-looking symmetrical windows. Well-maintained gardens surround the house, with the pool set harmoniously at the centre. Two terraces provide charming spots for dining al fresco.

The house extends over two floors. Inside, guests are welcomed by an elegant atmosphere. A highlight is the ornate ceiling in the living area, which adds a special character to the rooms. The furnishings include sophisticated pieces, many antiques, and large gilded mirrors. A modern kitchen and contemporary bathrooms ensure the highest level of comfort while contrasting beautifully with the classic style.
