The villa enjoys a peaceful rural location, yet the town of Poggibonsi with supermarkets, shops and restaurants is just 5 km away. The Chianti Classico vineyards are within easy reach, including the Fattoria Le Fonti winery just 2 km from the property. San Gimignano with its iconic towers can be reached in 25 minutes by car, and both Florence and Siena are easily accessible thanks to the nearby expressway.

The spacious stone-built main house is spread over three floors. A separate, ground-level annexe offers accommodation for two guests and is wheelchair accessible. The well-kept garden features roses, flowering plants and several shaded seating areas, including a furnished outdoor dining terrace and a lounging area with a sun sail.
