The small town of Forcoli is just a 10-minute drive away and offers a good selection of restaurants as well as a Carrefour supermarket. Less than 15 minutes by car lies the town of Peccioli, which provides a full range of amenities and has won awards for its successful blend of medieval heritage and contemporary art. Volterra, with its rich Etruscan and medieval history, as well as Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano and the coastal town of Livorno, are all excellent choices for day trips. The Renaissance city of Florence is also only 70 kilometres away.and wine lovers will also appreciate the renowned Villa Saletta winery, just a 10-minute drive.

The holiday home is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and woodland. The large villa, painted in a gentle, earthy pink tone, is complemented by a smaller building, a former Limonaia where lemon trees were once stored in winter. Several terraces invite guests to dine outdoors or simply relax, while the well-kept gardens embrace a beautiful pool.

The house extends over two floors. A small cottage with a double bedroom and bathroom is perfect for guests seeking extra privacy.

Inside, Fagnana impresses with elegant details. Traditional terracotta floors and high wooden-beamed ceilings, painted white, are combined with walls in soft, bright colours and feature walls in deeper tones.
