La Pineta is a small and charming estate with just four holiday apartments, located in a quiet residential area along the Tuscan coast. The property is surrounded by ancient pine woods that stretch along the shoreline and were planted during the rule of the Grand Dukes of Tuscany in the 19th century. These characteristic umbrella pines still shape the landscape today and provide pleasant shade during the summer months. Each apartment has its own outdoor dining area, perfect for relaxed meals outdoors and long summer evenings.

The beach is only a five-minute walk away and can be reached along shaded paths through the pine forest. Restaurants and a few small shops are also within easy walking distance. Larger supermarkets and a wider selection of shops can be found in Donoratico, about 5 km from La Pineta. Those looking for fun and thrills can visit the Cavallino Matto amusement park, which can be reached on foot in around 15 minutes. Nearby, beautiful medieval hilltop villages such as Castagneto Carducci, Monteverdi Marittimo and Canneto invite exploration. Wine lovers will enjoy discovering the wineries of the Bolgheri region, while nature lovers can visit the Rifugio Faunistico di Bolgheri, one of 17 wildlife oases in Tuscany.

Azalea is a first floor holiday apartment with a bright and welcoming interior and comfortable furnishings. The private terrace, with its dining area shaded by a gazebo, offers a lovely spot for relaxed alfresco meals and quiet moments outdoors.
