La Villa dei Pozzi

La Villa dei Pozzi is a bright, stylish  villa  set in the rolling hills of Tuscany, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. Ideal for groups of friends or families, it offers generous indoor space and expansive outdoor areas designed for relaxation, meals al fresco, and time together.

The town of Terranuova Bracciolini is only 2.5 km away and offers shops, restaurants and supermarkets, while the larger town of Montevarchi is just a ten-minute drive and has several large supermarkets on its outskirts. The Montevarchi-Terranuova train station offers direct trains to Florence, a stress-free option for visiting the Renaissance city. Siena, Arezzo, Cortona, beautiful Lake Trasimeno and the UNESCO- listed  Val d’Orcia are just some of our suggestions for unforgettable day trips.

In a peaceful rural setting, the villa stands out with its cheerful yellow façade and traditional wooden shutters. Built in the 1970s and completely renovated by its current owners, it is surrounded by large grounds and offers two spacious, shaded terraces. One sits next to the kitchen and dining room, perfect for easy meals, while the other is positioned near the private pool. Various seating areas around the house provide more options for relaxing outdoors.

The two-story layout makes smart use of space. Inside, the recent renovation has created a light-filled, contemporary interior with a distinct touch of luxury. White walls serve as a clean backdrop for vibrant abstract art. Many furnishings, including the sofas, kitchen and dining chairs, are by Italian designers, while Swarovski chandeliers add an extra layer of elegance. Carefully selected antique pieces provide contrast and complete the overall look.
