Le Focette is an elegant holiday home located in a quiet residential area of Marina di Pietrasanta, just about 200 metres from the beach. The house offers the perfect combination of a convenient seaside location and a relaxed, private atmosphere, making it an ideal choice for a restful holiday on the Tuscan coast.
Several bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance, and a large Esselunga supermarket is only about 1 km away. The centres of Marina di Pietrasanta and Lido di Camaiore can both be reached in around five minutes by car. The lively seaside town of Viareggio, famous for its promenade and beaches, is only 7 km away. The charming city of Lucca, with its intact Renaissance city walls and numerous churches, as well as Pisa, can both be reached in about 35 minutes by car and make excellent destinations for memorable day trips.
The two-storey house is built from red brick and surrounded by a beautiful garden with flowering plants and shady trees. Hedges provide privacy and create a peaceful atmosphere. Several seating areas invite guests to relax, while a shaded dining space offers the perfect setting for meals al fresco. A table tennis table is also available for entertainment.
Inside, the house feels bright, spacious and welcoming. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to fill the open-plan living and dining areas on the ground floor. The bedrooms are individually designed and decorated in soft pastel shades. The bathrooms have also been thoughtfully designed, including one particularly spacious bathroom featuring a crystal chandelier.

Traditional, historical seaside villa in a quiet, residential part of Marina di Pietrasanta, located in a limited traffic area, so there’s no traffic and no tourists looking for a parking place. It’s a 3-minute walk from the beach clubs and 10 minutes from Spiaggia Libera. There’s a long walking and cycling path to Viareggio. Nice garden offering privacy. Just round the corner, there’s a local restaurant, pizzeria and café.
