Just 3 km away lies Panzano in Chianti, a lively village renowned for its culinary traditions, wines and artisan culture. Here guests will find the famous butcher Dario Cecchini with his traditional shop and celebrated restaurant Officina della Bistecca. On Sunday mornings the town hosts a vibrant market with fresh local produce. Other well-known Chianti towns such as Radda, Gaiole and Volpaia are also within easy reach. Florence, Siena and San Gimignano are all ideal destinations for day trips.

The  villa enjoys a peaceful hillside location, surrounded by olive groves and Sangiovese vineyards. The natural stone property features an inviting loggia with seating and a terrace shaded by a pergola of vines, providing the perfect spot for alfresco dining with breathtaking views. The well-kept gardens with lawns surround the house, while just below it lies the generously sized private pool.

The two-story holiday home has been carefully restored to retain its traditional Tuscan character while creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere.
