The picturesque village of Lecchi lies just 1.5 km away and can be reached on foot via a well-maintained, gently hilly path. Here you will find the excellent Ristorante Malborghetto and a small but well-stocked grocery shop. Another charming village within walking distance is San Sano. The medieval town of Radda in Chianti, with shops and good restaurants, is about 8 km away. Set in the heart of the Chianti Classico wine region, Montefiorile is surrounded by wineries offering tastings, including Castello di Ama less than 2 km away and Castello di Brolio, reachable in around 25 minutes by car. Siena, Arezzo and Florence are all great options for memorable day trips.

About the villa 
Taglialegna is a charming small cottage with its own garden and a furnished terrace offering postcard-perfect views over the Chianti landscape. Generous French doors allow the living area and bedroom to flow naturally into the outdoor space, creating a bright and open feel. Wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and comfortable furnishings create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
