The small town of Gaiole in Chianti is just a short drive away, where you’ll find small local supermarkets, including basic grocery stores and bakeries for everyday essentials, as well as a COOP supermarket. The well-known town of Radda in Chianti can be reached in under 15 minutes, offering a variety of restaurants, wine bars, and local shops. The historic cities of Siena, San Gimignano and Florence are all within easy reach for day trips, allowing guests to explore Tuscany’s cultural highlights with ease. Wine enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the renowned Frescobaldi estate, where tastings and dining can be enjoyed in beautifully kept surroundings. The villa is also conveniently located near the famous L’Eroica cycling route, making it an excellent base for exploring the Chianti countryside by bike.

The apartment opens onto a shaded terrace framed by mature shrubs, creating an inviting space for outdoor dining and relaxation throughout the day. A hot tub offers the perfect place to unwind. Bordered by an olive grove, the garden enhances the traditional Tuscan setting, and guests also benefit from one sheltered parking space on site.

The property is arranged on one level and retains its rustic character through exposed stone walls and simple, elegant finishes. It features a well-equipped modern kitchen, a comfortable living and dining area, a double bedroom, and a contemporary bathroom, providing everything needed for a relaxed stay.

The owner lives just above the apartment and is available to offer assistance and local advice if required. The property is also home to three, well-behaved dogs.
