Poggetto is a beautifully situated holiday villa in the heart of Tuscany with sweeping panoramic views of the rolling Chianti hills. It is ideal for two families who enjoy spending time together but also appreciate having their own space. The house is divided into two inter-connected apartments, each with its own kitchen and living area.

The nearby village of Lucolena is about a ten-minute walk away and offers a small but well-stocked grocery store, a bar, and a pizzeria. The typical Chianti town of Greve is just 12 kilometres away and features shops and a variety of good restaurants. Figline Valdarno is at a similar distance and has a train station with direct connections to Florence’s Santa Maria Novella station , offering a stress-free way to explore the Renaissance city. Day trips to Siena, San Gimignano, and Arezzo are also easily possible.

Built from natural stone, the villa is surrounded by a lovingly maintained garden filled with fragrant plants. Several furnished terraces and cosy seating areas invite guests to dine al fresco or simply relax and enjoy the surroundings. On warm summer days, the large pool offers welcome refreshment.

Inside, Poggetto features classic Tuscan character with wooden beam ceilings, partially exposed stone walls, and a comfortable, inviting interior. One of the ground floor bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and is suitable for guests with limited mobility.
