San Marcellino

San Marcellino is a beautiful holiday home located on the Rocca di Montegrossi wine estate in the heart of Chianti Classico. Surrounded by vineyards and rolling hills, it offers stunning panoramic views, expansive gardens, and a large pool -  the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

The location combines peace with excellent access. The village of Monti, with a good restaurant, is a 20-minute walk away. Gaiole in Chianti, with more restaurants, shops, and a small supermarket, is just 14 kilometers away. Siena can be reached in about 30 minutes by car, and San Gimignano, Florence, and Arezzo are all ideal for day trips.

San Marcellino lies in a tranquil, rural setting, nestled in the unspoiled Tuscan landscape. Built from traditional stone, the property blends harmoniously into the Mediterranean gardens, with wide green spaces that invite you to linger. The generous pool area offers ample space for relaxing, sunbathing, and enjoying the beauty and peace of the surroundings.

The accommodation consists of a two-storey main house, a separate cottage, and a small annex – ideal for two guests each, combining privacy with shared time. Each unit includes its own kitchenette and a covered terrace.

Inside, white-painted wooden beam ceilings and cream-colored walls create a light and airy atmosphere. Carefully selected furnishings complete the elegant and welcoming interior.

The price includes a daily morning cleaning service of four hours. Upon request, a breakfast basket with fresh bread, croissants, and focaccia can be delivered. A staff member is also available to set the breakfast table, serve drinks, and clean the kitchen afterward.
