This two-storey country house is perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Surrounded by a well-maintained garden with mature trees, the property features plenty of outdoor seating areas, both sunny and shaded, ideal for enjoying the peaceful setting at any time of day.

A special highlight for families with young children is the fenced pool, which provides added safety. Despite the tranquil location, amenities are close at hand: the village of Vagliagli with a small grocery shop and a good restaurant is just 1.5 km away. Castellina in Chianti, with restaurants, cafés and shops, is around 20 minutes away by car, be sure to try the excellent gelato at the Gelateria di Castellina. The famous Chianti Sculpture Park is only about 6 km away.

The villa is located in the heart of Chianti Classico, with easy access to the region’s renowned wineries, castles and historic villages. Siena is just a 30-minute drive away, and Florence, San Gimignano and Arezzo are also ideal for day trips.
