The village of Terontola is just a few minutes’ drive away and offers some shops and bars. In Camucia, around six kilometres away, you will find larger supermarkets and a wide range of additional amenities. The delightful town of Cortona lies just ten kilometres distant. Its city walls date from the fifth century and with attractions such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta and the Franciscan convent Le Celle it is very much worth a visit. Lake Trasimeno is around thirty minutes’ drive away, as are Arezzo, Siena and the UNESCO‑listed Val d’Orcia. Thanks to the proximity of the Umbrian border, the historic towns of Perugia and Assisi are also within comfortable reach.

The holiday home has been built from natural stone and fitted with expansive windows that fill every room with light. Directly in front of the large terrace with lounge seating and dining table sits the impressive sixteen‑metre infinity pool. The house is surrounded by lawned gardens and mature olive trees, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The entire property has been designed with sustainability in mind, powered by solar energy and  the lush gardens are irrigated with rain water.

Inside, Terontola Alta combines contemporary elegance with a wonderfully calm and inviting atmosphere. Soft neutral wall colours and the whitewashed wooden beam ceilings create a bright and harmonious setting, while large windows fill the rooms with natural light. Stylish designer furniture lends sophistication, while thoughtfully placed plants and decorative details add colour, warmth and a sense of homeliness. On the lower ground floor, a private spa with sauna and massage room offers a peaceful sanctuary where body and mind can relax in complete tranquillity.
