The house is located south-west of Siena, close to Chianti and val d'Orcia, just two kilometres from the charming village of Sovicille, where you can find a restaurant and a small grocery shop For larger shopping trips, there is a Coop supermarket in nearby Rosia, only six kilometres away. The Tenuta di Treccianino winery is just a short walk from the property. The historic city of Siena is about a 30-minute drive away, and day trips to San Gimignano, Florence, Arezzo or Volterra are easily arranged.
The two-storey stone house offers several covered outdoor terraces with dining tables, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with grill and pizza oven, and a spacious pool area. Inside, the house features a tasteful combination of traditional Tuscan charm, with wooden beam ceilings, exposed stone walls, fine marble details and parquet floors. The elegant yet cosy furnishings make guests feel instantly welcome.

T 10 is a delightful luxury villa set in a superb rural location with views across the Tuscan countryside. You feel as if you are staying in Hollywood. For a party of 10 we had two large rental cars, essential for shopping and visiting the area. We tended to be self catering for our meals rather than eating out but there are loads of restaurants in the locality. We were a party of 5 couples and we struggled a little over the allocation of the 5 double rooms, some are better than others and not all have their bathroom en suite. Bags of hot water for plenty of showers.A day trip to Siena is a must.Park at the railway station multi-storey 9 Just to the north side of Sienna, go through the adjacent shopping mall and head up the series of escalators to reach Siena itself ( turn left at the top andwalk for about 500 metres until you see 3 arches that will take you into Sienna itself). Also go to the vinery almost just as Ross the road from the villa’s entrance gate.Well worth a tour with a wine tasting.Barbara will look after you extremely well. If you are cooking in the villa kitchen and are over about 5ft tall you are likely to smack your head more than once if you lean forward to look at your cookingConnect by WhatsApp with Giacomo.He has good local knowledge of restaurants and eating places in the immediate locality and in Siena. We did not do a great deal of site seeing, happy to laze in the sunshine by the pool. We used the Coop supermarket in nearby Rosita .It has a wide choice of food, meats vegetables at reasonable prices plus lots of drink.
