The house is located south-west of Siena, close to Chianti and val d'Orcia, just two kilometres from the charming village of Sovicille, where you can find a restaurant and a small grocery shop.For larger shopping trips, there is a Coop supermarket in Rosia, six kilometres away. Just a few minutes’ walk from the house, the Tenuta di Treccianino winery awaits visitors. The historic city of Siena is only about a 30-minute drive away, and well-known destinations such as San Gimignano, Florence, Arezzo and Volterra are also easily reached for day trips.

The two-storey stone house features several covered terraces, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a grill and pizza oven, and a generous pool area. Inside, you’ll find a tasteful blend of traditional Tuscan charm, with wooden beam ceilings and exposed stone walls, combined with fine materials such as marble and parquet flooring.
