This traditional stone house is ideal for a relaxing stay with family or friends, offering an authentic Tuscan atmosphere combined with modern comfort and privacy.

The villa is set in the Chianti Classico region, one of Italy’s most celebrated wine areas, with easy access to Siena, Florence, San Gimignano and Arezzo amd ideal for day trips. Two well-known wineries, Casa al Vento and La Casa di Bricciano, are just a short walk away. The town of Gaiole in Chianti, with restaurants, shops and a small supermarket, is only 10 minutes by car. The delightful restaurant Il Papavero, in the nearby hamlet of Barbischio, is about a 20-minute walk.


The house enjoys a peaceful rural position, ideal for guests seeking tranquillity while remaining close to the cultural and culinary highlights of the region.

Ultimo Eremo is a traditional stone villa with three floors: ground level, first and second floors. It features a covered balcony terrace with panoramic views, as well as an additional furnished and covered terrace beside the house - perfect for outdoor meals and long, relaxing evenings.

The interiors are bright and tastefully furnished. Terracotta floors, wooden beam ceilings in the bedrooms and large windows that open to beautiful countryside views create a warm and elegant setting. Several bedrooms have direct access to a balcony, offering the perfect spot for a quiet morning coffee.
