The small town of Calci is just a 10-minute walk away, offering a selection of shops, restaurants, and a COOP supermarket. Calci is also home to the impressive Certosa di Calci, a former monastery founded in the 14th century, now partly housing the Natural History Museum of the University of Pisa. Wine lovers will enjoy tastings at the nearby Fattoria San Vito. Vigna’s location is also perfect for day trips: Pisa is 14 km away, Lucca 25 km, the coast about 40 minutes, and Florence only 80 km.

The exterior invites you to relax: a large terrace shaded by a pergola is furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining. Above the house lies a private pool with panoramic views over the valley and surrounding hills.

Inside, the lovingly restored farmhouse features traditional terracotta floors, wooden-beamed ceilings, and large fireplaces. The walls are painted in warm, pale tones and the furniture is classic and comfortable;  cosy, authentic, and welcoming.

Please note: While the access road is paved, the last 100–500 m beyond the gate is a steep gravel track with a tight bend.
