The medieval village of Lucignano is just 1.3 kilometres away and can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. With its elliptical layout unfolding in concentric rings, Lucignano is one of the most fascinating examples of medieval town planning. You’ll find a grocery store and several restaurants in the village. For larger shops, Monte San Savino is just a 15-minute drive away and offers several supermarkets. Villa Bellaria is also a great base for day trips to some of the most beautiful places in Tuscany and Umbria, such as Arezzo, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, Siena and Montepulciano.

The villa is painted a cheerful yellow and features traditional dark green wooden shutters. A small terrace with a loggia sits at the entrance, and the entire back of the house is lined with a large covered terrace with a long dining table – the perfect spot for shared meals or relaxing with a book. Families with young children will be pleased to know that the pool is fully fenced, making it easy to relax and enjoy the holiday.

The property consists of a two-storey main house and a single-storey guest house. Inside, it is bright, comfortable and spacious. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area offers plenty of room for spending time together and leads directly out to the terrace. Whether indoors or out, everyone will find their favourite spot here.
