The seaside town of Viareggio is just 13 kilometres from the house, while Lucca, Pisa and Florence are wonderful destinations for day trips.

The holiday home is built on a hillside and is a cream-painted Tuscan villa surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens with spacious lawns and Mediterranean planting. The pool and a shaded dining area with table and chairs provide an inviting setting for meals and relaxation outdoors.

Inside, you will find wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and large fireplaces. Pale walls combined with tasteful, comfortable furnishings and carefully chosen details create a warm and homely atmosphere. A particular highlight is the generously furnished pergola with a large dining table and sofas. Thanks to the full-length glass doors and a flexible roof, this area can be opened or closed as desired, making al fresco dining especially enjoyable!
