The medieval village of Loro Ciuffenna is only two and a half kilometres away and is considered one of the most beautiful places in Italy. Its Romanesque bridge and the frescoes in the church of Santa Maria Assunta invite visitors to explore the historic centre. A few shops and restaurants can be found in the village. The town of Montevarchi, with larger supermarkets, is about a fifteen minute drive away. From the Montevarchi Terranuova train station, direct trains run to Florence, offering a pleasant way to visit the city. Siena, Arezzo, Cortona, Lake Trasimeno, the Chianti area and the Val d’Orcia provide many opportunities for varied excursions.

The villa  stands in a peaceful setting and is surrounded by a spacious, flat garden with a wide lawn. A loggia with a dining table is located at the back of the cream coloured building. The large pool forms the centre of the garden. At its far end, a stylish terrace under a pergola with comfortable sofas and a well equipped bar invites guests to relax. A barbecue area, a cabana with fitness equipment and a games area with table tennis complete the facilities. In the evening, atmospheric lighting creates a welcoming ambiance.
