Villa Prenzano

Villa Prenzano is a beautifully restored Tuscan farmhouse dating back to the 11th century, offering luxurious accommodation for up to 12 guests. Set on a hillside between Panzano and Greve, it overlooks the rolling Chianti valley, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, and oak woods. It’s the perfect place for a refined yet relaxed holiday in the heart of the countryside.

Greve in Chianti is just a 10-minute drive away and offers all essential amenities along with a fine selection of restaurants. Located in the heart of the Chianti Classico, the villa is ideal for wine lovers, with renowned estates like Savignola and Lamole di Lamole nearby. In the small village of Lamole, guests can enjoy authentic Tuscan cuisine and breathtaking views from the terrace of “Ristoro di Lamole.” Florence, Siena, San Gimignano and Arezzo are all easily reachable for day trips.

The farmhouse built from local natural stone has been lovingly restored . Two pergola-shaded terraces with dining areas and a third lounge terrace with comfortable seating offer ideal spots to relax. The spacious garden includes manicured lawns, a vegetable patch, and a generously sized irregularly shaped pool just  a few steps from the house.

The main two-story farmhouse is complemented by a separate cottage, perfect for those seeking more privacy. Inside, traditional features like terracotta floors and whitewashed wooden beams are paired with walls in soft neutral tones. The interiors combine high-end contemporary furniture with antique pieces, creating a bright, stylish and welcoming atmosphere. A separate annex houses a well-equipped modern gym.
