A five-minute drive leads to the medieval village of San Casciano dei Bagni, renowned for its 42 thermal springs, quaint shops, and excellent restaurants. Day trips to Siena, Arezzo, Orvieto, Perugia, Lake Bolsena, Lake Trasimeno, or the UNESCO World Heritage Val d’Orcia are easily possible. Even the capital Rome is reachable in just over two hours by car.

Nestled in serene rural surroundings, the property features a soft peach-colored façade framed by expansive gardens with mature trees. Multiple furnished terraces offer ideal spots for outdoor dining or relaxation at any time of day.

The estate comprises a two-story main house and a separate guest house with an additional living area and a pizza oven - perfect for shared cooking experiences and convivial evenings.
