Only three of the houses are holiday rentals, while the others are private second homes, creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere. With open views over olive groves, vineyards and the rolling Chianti hills, Villa a Sesta is an ideal setting for a restful holiday surrounded by nature. A shared  pool completes the property and is fully fenced, making it particularly suitable for families with young children.

Its location is perfect for exploring the Chianti Classico region. The tiny village of Villa a Sesta is just a 10-minute walk away and, despite its size, is a true paradise for food lovers, with two Michelin-starred restaurants. Several renowned wineries are close by, including Villa a Sesta winery and Podere Lecci e Brocchi, both around a 20-minute walk away. The famous Castello di Brolio is just 5 km away, while the welcoming town of Castelnuovo Berardenga offers shops, restaurants and all essential amenities. Siena, Arezzo, San Gimignano and Florence are all easily reached for day trips.



About the villa
Casa Maria is a charming semi-detached villa arranged over three floors and surrounded by the beautiful Chianti countryside. Several furnished terraces and a private garden provide plenty of choice for enjoying meals al fresco or simply relaxing while admiring the lovely views across the vineyards and picturesque landscape. Inside, traditional wooden-beamed ceilings and comfortable furnishings create a warm and homely atmosphere.
