Only three of the houses are holiday rentals, while the others are private second homes, creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Its location is perfect for exploring the Chianti Classico region. The tiny village of Villa a Sesta is just a 10-minute walk away and, despite its size, is a true paradise for food lovers, with two Michelin-starred restaurants. Several renowned wineries are close by, including Villa a Sesta winery and Podere Lecci e Brocchi, both around a 20-minute walk away. The famous Castello di Brolio is just 5 km away, while the welcoming town of Castelnuovo Berardenga offers shops, restaurants and all essential amenities. Siena, Arezzo, San Gimignano and Florence are all easily reached for day trips.



About the villa
Casa Minuccia is a semi- detached  villa arranged over three floors with furnished terraces on every floor as well as a garden, offering plenty of places to enjoy meals al fresco or simply relax while taking in the beautiful views across vineyards and the picturesque Chianti landscape. Inside, traditional wooden beamed ceilings and comfortable furnishings create a homely atmosphere.
